The Safari Grill & Brewing Co.'s last
day of business will be Saturday, April
19th.  The dining and brewing areas of
the hotel are available for lease.  The
hotel is doing well and is not closing. We
do not anticipate any problems
performing on previously scheduled
catering contracts and anticipate

We are the only full-service caterer in the area with an off-site catering liquor license.  
Therefore we can satisfy all your catering needs, whether you'd like to use our ballroom or
another facility in the area.

Our 2nd floor ballroom seats 125 for dinner or up to 200 for a seminar (without tables).  
Larger groups can overflow into our adjacent 2nd floor outdoor deck which seats 75+.  

Groups of up to 24 people may be seated in the "Osa Room".  Under certain
circumstances this room may be reserved without a separate catering contract or any
additional charges other than the items ordered as per the menu.

Because each catering event showcases our facility and food, we want your guests to be
impressed with your event, and therefore with Safari Grill & Brewing Co.  Our goal is to
be the best caterer in the area, not the cheapest.  

The first floor of the Safari Grill & Brewing Co. (including the Osa Room) is completely
handicap accessible.  A handicap ramp is available upon request for the ballroom but not
for the deck.  The ramp does decrease the seating capacity.
